ACEslik3000™ is a composite wear plate that features a hard, abrasion-resistant surface layer fused to a structural steel backing plate. The submerged arc manufacturing process creates a smooth surface texture and an ultra-refined hyper-eutectic microstructure in the overlay. This combination delivers excellent wear resistance against a wide range of wear mechanisms.
