Offering a range of Bi-metallic ledge liners, ACEledge, available as standard and custom fabricated wear liners. The wear liners consist of a mild steel backing plate vacuum brazed to a 17Cr Mo wear resistant casting, heat treated to result in the best possible balance between wear resistance and toughness. The liner is either welded or bolted to a pre-fabricated ledge resulting in a highly cost-effective solution in high impact and wear applications, while the mild steel backing plate allows for easy welding for fitment.
