ACEG80TM is a composite wear plate that features a hard, abrasion-resistant surface layer fused to a structural steel backing plate. The submerged arc manufacturing process produces a smooth surface texture and an ultra-refined hyper-eutectic microstructure in the overlay, which offers excellent wear resistance against various wear mechanisms.
