Offering a range of Bi-metallic wear liners, ACEblok, available as standard and custom fabricated wear liners and ledges. The wear liners consist of a mild steel backing plate vacuum brazed to a 17Cr Mo wear resistant casting, heat treated to result in the best possible balance between wear resistance and toughness. The product is the most cost-effective solution in high impact and wear applications, while the mild steel backing plate allows for easy welding for fitment.
